I’m passionate about helping senior leaders succeed and I work to help them set and follow an agenda for enhanced performance as individuals and team members.  This work is specific, time-bound, and action-oriented.  I bring the value of my C-suite experiences to leaders at or above the VP-level who will commit to a sharply defined coaching engagement and invest in the candid dialogue needed to understand,  define and take actions to achieve the leadership impact needed.

Achieve clarity about how to best address your situation. We’ll explore together how your experience guides your choices and how you present yourself to your team members. This can include collecting and assessing feedback from peers and team members.

Define the actions that matter most for your success. Coaching succeeds when it results in effective new behaviors that put insight and understanding to work in a sustained way.

We’ll set clear ground rules for the confidentiality of this work at the start and specifically define its scope and duration, adapting it if your needs evolve.
