Jack’s advisory work with senior teams focuses on building the processes, structures and leadership practices that facilitate a “first-team mindset” for the C-Suite team. This ensures that the interests of the enterprise come first in all these leaders’ actions. The C-Suite team is where leaders agree on and model the behaviors they will bring to their functional team, setting the tone and culture for the entire organization.
Jack helps teams assess how they work together and agree on team principles to organize their collective efforts. He fosters insights into how the team members’ individual leadership styles can be used to strengthen the team as a whole, and identifies practices that can lead to better, more consistent team performance.
This advisory work can be an adjunct to coaching for members of the team, or can be undertaken independently of coaching assignments.
As with his coaching work, Jack’s advisory work is informed by over 20 years of C-suite experience and a deep understanding of the unique environment faced by senior leaders interacting with other demanding individuals and their Boards of Directors.
