Background

Over the past 40 years, Jack’s focus on achieving results with integrity has underpinned his success at the top of the private, public and non-profit sectors.

At Colgate-Palmolive where he served as Chief of Staff until recently, he provided counsel to three CEOs and their senior executive teams, and served as executive liaison to the Board of Directors, senior communications leader. His more than two decades of leadership experience in Colgate's C-suite involved formulating strategy across wide-ranging areas including global business strategy, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and enterprise risk management. In earlier roles at Colgate, he led teams responsible for the company’s global real estate assets, negotiating complex transactions around the world.

Jack is also experienced in non-profit leadership and the unique challenges of performance and accountability in that sector. He has served as a non-profit director, helping to start-up and guide organizations with social service, youth development and community development missions.
